The musical entertainment for this year’s party for 10,000, the Centralia Anchor Festival, could bring back some old memories.
Decades old, in fact, said Ginny Zoellers, director of the Centralia Chamber of Commerce.
She was speaking of two specific bands. The U.S. Airforce band Starlifter, which performs a mixture of 70s, pop and patriotic music and Matts Family Jam Band.
Zoellers said Matt’s is half of the old Matt and Robin Group, which performed at Anchor Fest at least 20 years ago.
She said Starlifter last played Anchor Fest at least a decade ago. They will play Saturday morning and Saturday afternoon.
