“Where will you be when the lights go out in Centralia?”
That is a question the Centralia Chamber of Commerce is trying to answer.
Viewing will be available at the Centralia Public Library, Heritage Hall and the City Square.
The eclipse begins at approximately 11:45 a.m., with totality at 1:12-1:14 p.m. The moon will finish eclipsing the sun at 2:40 p.m.
Several of the locations will have food and food vendors available so eclipse watchers can enjoy lunch while watching the event.
At the library for example, they will be offering moon pies and Sunchips said Jack Meyers, library director.
