It was a scary night on Centralia’s Remington Drive.
The dead-end drive in northeast Centralia was home to a home-made haunted house Halloween evening, called “Fear on Remington.”
Hosted by Centralia’s Matthew and Angie Stewart, the multimedia mélange of Halloween Fun is Matthew’s brainchild, the couple said, with its origins in Matthew wanting to give Angie something different for her birthday.
“He did it for me,” Angie said, costumed as a “Monster in the A.M.” As she and her daughter sat on the tailgate of the family pickup truck and distributed candy to the visiting children.
“One year I decided to do something different,” conceded Matthew. “something for both her and the kids.”
