It culminates Friday night when the Centralia Football Panthers play the visiting Monroe City Panthers, followed by the homecoming dance at Centralia High School.

This year’s homecoming theme is Disney – related, “Let’s Get Down to Business.”

Homecoming comes complete with royalty candidates, dress-up days and, of course, a parade.

The parade rolls 2 p.m., Friday, October 6, with float line-up beginning at the CHS main parking lot at 12:30 p.m.

Thelma Houston, 102, known as “The oldest Panther Fan,’ is the homecoming parade’s honorary grand marshal.
