Community Center gets new director

Patrons and customers of Centralia’s Seventh Day Adventist Community Center will soon be seeing more of a new face around the center.

Jerri Johnson has been hired and is in training to take over as center’s director.

The center’s director, Cherie Needles, has announced her plans to eventually relocate and Johnson was hired July 1 to step in when the time comes. Needles is currently still onboard at the center and is training Johnson. Needles has been with the center for seven years, the past four years as its managert.
