Water rates are going up and the idea of an elected police chief went down. Those were at least two of the items the Sturgeon Board of Aldermen discussed during their June 22 meeting.
With, for Sturgeon, a light audience of eight, there was plenty of room in Sturgeon City Hall.
One of the first things they got to listen to was Charles Curry's presentation of three suggestions which he said, if taken, would make Sturgeon a better place to live.
