Wanda Jean Hendren Cook, 92 of Centralia passed away Monday December 9, 2024, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia.

Funeral services will be held 12:00 PM Saturday, December 14, 2024, at Fenton-Kendrick Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Sunset Hills Cemetery in Madison.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home.

Wanda was born on August 2, 1932, the daughter of Johnnie Ivan and Geneva Mae (Boulware) Hendren, near Madison, Missouri. Wanda married Junior Howard Cook in 1948 and he preceded her in death on October 23, 2020. Wanda and Junior lived on a farm north of Centralia until retirement, then they moved to Madison and later back to Centralia.

Wanda is survived by her children, Steven H. Cook of Centralia, Dennis and Dorthy Cook, and Pamela Branson of Mercedes, TX; grandchildren, Angela Foster, Stephanie Collazo, Brian Graf, Justin Graf, Travis Cook, Joshua Graf; 12 great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren.

Wanda was preceded in death by her husband Junior Cook, her parents Johnnie & Geneva Hendren and her grandson, Michael Cook.

Memorial donations are suggested to the Madison Cemetery Association and may be sent in care of Fenton- Kendrick Funeral Home, 104 S. Collier St. Centralia, MO 65240.
