RUBY MAE MEEKS

 Ruby Mae Meeks, 91 of Centralia passed away on September 10, 2025, at Boone Hospital Center.
 Funeral services will be held 11:30 AM Monday September 15, 2025, at the First Baptist Church in Centralia with burial to follow in the Glendale Memorial Gardens.
 Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of the service Monday at the church.
 Ruby was born on December 19, 1933, in Mexico, the daughter of Ellis and Ruth Eunice (Hundley) Jackson.
 On July 22, 1950, Ruby married Harold J. “Cutter” Meeks, and he preceded her in death on November 22, 2007.
 Ruby is survived by her children, Rita Robinson and husband Gary of Sturgeon, Rhonda McMillen of Centralia, Connie Brix of Columbia; Eight grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren.
 Ruby was preceded in death by her husband, a grandson, four siblings and her beloved dog, Sandy.
 She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Centralia, where her and her husband were very active.
 Ruby enjoyed spending time at the Senior Center and helping with the Garden Club. During the last 2 years of her life, Ruby enjoyed living life with her good friend Alfred. They enjoyed visiting Amish country and playing cards together.
