LOIS CAROL (HARLOW) HENRY – BAILEY

 Lois Carol (Harlow) Henry – Bailey, 86, Centralia, MO passed away Friday, October 3, 2025, at the Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, MO surrounded by her family. She was born August 8, 1939, in Boone County, MO, the daughter of the late Chester and Ruth (Sexton) Harlow. She first was united in marriage to William D. “Bill” Henry, and later to Charles Bailey, both preceded her in death.
 She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her children Darcy Dean Henry of Centralia, MO, Denise Dianne Becker and her husband Robert of Laddonia, MO, Dena Dawn Dollens and her husband Daniel of Centralia, MO, Darren Dee Henry and wife Rachelle of Buena Vista, NM, Drinda Darla Spillane and her husband Stephen of Centralia, MO and Derrick Dane Henry and Tracy Santana of Cape Coral, FL; two step children Chuck Bailey and his wife Angie of Festus, MO and Donna McManama and her husband Scott of Centralia, MO; one sister Vera Ridgway of Centralia, MO; 18 grandchildren Seth, Marcy, Mallory, Shane, Mackenzie, Chris, Jamie, Alex, Denaye, Darrah, Dakyn, Desney, Daymond, Lydia, Keegan, Jayde, Katy and Claire; 14 great grandchildren and one on the way; a daughter in law Debbie Henry of Centralia, MO; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to her parents and husbands, one brother Carl Harlow, one sister Joyce Armontrout and her great grandson Alvey Brooks Henry preceded her in death.
 Lois first was a homemaker and she helped her husband Bill on the farm and in the greyhound racing business. Later she worked at A.B. Chance Co. in Centralia, MO, and finally she was a cook for Centralia Public Schools. She was a member of Tulip Christian Church and later attended Friendship Christian Church. She served as a past Panther Booster Club President and later volunteered as a school nurse. She enjoyed fishing, quilting, sewing, painting, ceramics, baking, cooking, gardening and canning fruits and vegetables.
 Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, October 9, 2025, at the Oliver Funeral Home in Centralia, MO. Interment will be in the Centralia City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at the Oliver Funeral Home in Centralia, MO.
