ALBERT DALE STUART

Albert Dale Stuart, 79, passed away in the caring arms of his wife Rhonda (Arthur) at his home in Albany, MO., on Friday, Oct 3rd, 2025.
Dale was born on August 9th, 1946, in Stephens, MO, to Leila (Worsham) and Gus Stuart. He attended Hallsville schools and started working in Centralia as a school bus driver, farm hand for Truman Cooley, manager of Sinclair Gas Station and as a plumber for Bryson Repair Service. In 1974 he started his own plumbing and heating business and in 1983 purchased The Campbell House nursing home and re-named it The Stuart House. His last employment was with Golden Living as an Administrator in Albany, MO.
Dale had two sons with his first wife, Judy (Dennis) Barela, Tony Stuart (McKenzie) of Centralia and Dean Stuart of Gilbert, AZ. He was very fond of his two grandkids, Clayton (Kara) Stuart of Ankeny, IA and Tanner Stuart of Scottsdale, AZ.
Being on the water fishing was his favorite past-time and he spent many hours in the boat with his sister-in-law Rhodera Ackley and her husband Brian and their daughters Katie and Heather.
Preceding him in death were his parents, sisters Betty Stone (Bruce), Molly Strawn (Jimmy) and Qunnah Anderson (Gary) of Columbia, MO., father-in-law Dorlan Arthur (Carol) of Albany, MO., and first wife Judy Barela.
He is survived by sisters Leota Young of Joplin, MO and Francis Young (Ben) of Boonville, MO., along with many nieces and nephews.
There will be no services and memorial donations may be sent to local animal shelters in honor of his sidekick, “Buddy”.
