Boys lose to Westran, 43-48: Girls lose to New Franklin, 41-37

6 p.m. Wednesday the Sturgeon boys play Paris at Sturgeon Middle School, 11 a.m., Saturday the Lady Bulldogs play for the consolation plaque

Against Westran, Josh Kelly led Sturgeon with 17 points, followed by Isaac Bolles with 15 and Connor Lawson with 7. Brandow led Westran with 15.

Against New Franklin, Aydan Wilhite led Sturgeon with 18 points. Brooklyn  Dougherty scored 12 and Riley West – four.
