For some, summer means swimming at the pool or little league time at the ball fields.As fun as those times are, when the sun hides behind clouds and rain, there is another popular activity to while away the time, reading.And once the Centralia Public Library’s seven-member staff is hosting their popular summer reading program to help.The theme of this year’s CPL Summer Reading Program is “Color Your Summer.”The program has events for all ages.For the pre-K through five-years-old bracket they have Weekday Story Time with Ms Corrine – 10 a.m., Tuesdays ad Wednesdays.There is also a special Saturday, Story time with Ms Abby, 10 a.m. June 28 and July 19.Also for the younger set, and the young-at-heart, they have Paws & Pages, 6 – 7 p.m.
