The time has come, this week is Centralia High School’s Homecoming. The theme of this year’s CHS Homecoming is “The Greatest Showman.”
CHS Homecoming features all the traditional accouterments, royalty, a parade, a dance, a game and dress up days.
The parade rolls 2 p.m., Friday, Oct. 4 with lineup starting at 12:30 p.m. This year’s Grand Marshalls are Jerry and Connie Cox.
The game, 7 p.m., Friday Oct. 4 is against the Mexico Bulldogs. The Homecoming queen will be crowned at halftime. The Homecoming king will be crowned at 11 p.m. at the Homecoming dance in the CHS cafeteria.
This year’s candidates for the crown of Homecoming queen are: Laken Albur, Mary Kate Bennett, Olivia Hombs, Caroline Million and Mallory Smith.
This year’s candidates for the crown of Homecoming King are: Jayden Bennett, Trey Brown, AJ Hombs, Hunter King and Grafton Littrell.
Princesses and princes are: freshman – Mea Auck adn Brandon Lynch, sophomore – Taylor Carrico and Mason Barr, juniors – Maggie Maenner and Roston Palmer.
