For many, a significant day in Centralia History, the day, the first in six weeks, that people will again be able to get their hair cut in Centralia.
The city’s barbers, Smith and Chad Cox, along with Centralia’s many hairstylists, will be able to again cut hair.
Bright and early the morning of May 4, Cox and Smith will be going back to work.
They will be cutting hair though both say it will be by appointment only.
“In my mind, I won’t really be open to the public,” Smith said. “The whole walk in and shoot the breeze, that’s gone for the moment.”
