The Centralia 4-H and FFA Youth Fair is back.
This year the annual event with something for everyone is scheduled for Wednesday, June 23, through Saturday, June 26.
And this year it looks as if it fair-goers will get the full package, baby shows and all.
Crafts, crowns and halters define the fairs’ start, Wednesday afternoon at the Centralia Fair grounds.
The action starts at the Head Start building, where from 5 to 7 p.m. volunteers will be accepting, and judges judging, entries to the 4-H and Youth Arts contest. Kristen Walters is the event’s coordinator.
Meanwhile at the fairground’s pole barn, it is volunteers will be putting up the final decorations for the Fair’s royalty contests.
Little Mr. and Miss starts at 6;30 p.m., followed by the Centralia Fair Princess, Jr. Princess and Fair Queen contests. Entrants in each event are required to be residents of the Centralia R-VI School district.
