All three shows sold out!
There might be a reason or two this year’s Centralia High School Madrigal is sold out.
All the seats, 242 Friday night, 240 Saturday and 220 on Sunday, all taken before Friday afternoon, said Leah Rolfson, CHS choir and orchestra director.
This year’s production involved nearly 200 students, almost half the CHS student body.
The menu included: “salad pomygrnyt,” “chyckyn brest seesohned,” “candyd potatoes ala orange,” “vegtybls myxed,” “roll a otmeyl” and “choclyte cranbry cake.”
The music included: “White Chirstmas,” performed by mixed choir and guitars; “Christmas Eve/Sarajevo 12/24” performed by the CHS orchestra; “O Come, O come Emmanuel,” performed by the concert choir; “Dulci Jubilo,” and “Cardle hymn,” performed by the chamber choir; “Still, Still, Still,” performed by the chamber choir and chamber choir alumni and “Silent Night,” performed by the cast and audience.
