Elizabeth Adelle Seibert, 63, of Holts Summit, passed away at her home on Saturday, September 16, 2023.
Family and Friends are invited to Elizabeth’s Life Celebration Service, Friday, September 22, 2023, at Fenton-Kendrick Funeral Home in Centralia beginning at 2:00 PM.
Elizabeth was born on July 8, 1960, in Columbia, Missouri, the daughter of Harry R. Nichols, Sr. and Betty (Mason) Nichols.
On June 26, 2020, in Jefferson City, Elizabeth married Jeffrey D. Seibert and he survives of the home.
Along with her husband Jeff, Elizabeth is survived by her mother, Betty Nichols of Centralia, her son, Jamie Winingear of Kingdom City; grandchild, Ethan Winingear; great-grandchildren, Rowan and Salem Winingear; siblings, Ray Nichols, Pete Nichols, Bill Nichols and Angela Jackson all of Centralia.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her father, Harry R. Nichols, Sr. and a son, Patrick Shawn Winingear.
Elizabeth was a graduate of Centralia High School, then attended the University of Missouri, then received a degree in Journalism from MACC. She was a member of N.A.M.I.
She was a Baptist by faith and was a prayer partner for many. She enjoyed writing non-fiction stories and poems, quilting, cooking and crocheting, but her greatest joy was being a mother of two boys.
