Emmett Dale Beasley, 86, of Centralia passed away Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia.
A Life Celebration will be held at a later date.
Dale was born on August 27, 1937, in Centralia, the son of Melvin Roy and Jessie Ann (Pool) Beasley.
On October 29, 1955, Dale married Laura Griffin and she survives of the home.
Along with his wife, Laura, Dale is survived by a daughter, Angela Mudd of Centralia, two sons, Tony Beasley of Columbia, and Rick Beasley (Polly) of Coeur d’ Alene, ID; grandchildren, Beau Beasley, Shelby Beasley, and Kayla Beasley; three great-grandchildren; a brother, Arthur Beasley of Kansas.
Dale was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Walter Beasley.
He worked many years in sales for the A.B. Chance Company and as a Prudential Advisor. Dale, his wife and their daughter, Angela, all graduated from Columbia College on the same day.
Dale loved traveling with his family. He and Laura arranged bus tours, which they led for many years. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing with his sons.
