The Hallsville Indians finished their football season in a 49-0 quarterfinal loss to Blair Oaks.
The game started out as a defensive struggle as Hallsville went three and out on their first possession. The Indian defense stopped the Falcons with a sack on fourth down. Hallsville got into the red zone on their second possession but turned the ball over on downs at the nine yard line.
Blair Oaks began a drive that was snuffed out when Ely Washam picked off a pass at the Hallsville 44 yard line. Hallsville marched 55 yards but threw an interception at the one yard line… For the complete article, see this week’s edition of the Centralia Fireside Guard.
