Ride-a-buck: 8-21 years (riders provides own $1, winner takes all)

Flags: 14-21 years, 11-13 years, 8-10 years, novice
Rules:
Registration opens at 5:30 PM.
All 4-H and FFA members are required to present proof of good standing. The Centralia 4-H/FFA horse show is open to all 4-H/FFA members.
A current (within one year) vet issued original negative Coggins test is required for each horse.
All exhibitors are to wear their numbers on their back or on both sides of saddle pad.
Patterns will be posted at the announcer’s stand.
Novice riders are first & second year members and are not required to ride in novice classes.
Novice is walk/trot only. Breaking into a canter more than 3 strides in any novice class will = disqualification.
If you are in a novice class you can not switch over to walk/trot/canter.
A properly fitted ASTM-SEI Equestrian Safety Helmet is required for all game and english classes.
Any class my be divided or combined at the discretion of the show committee. The show committee has the right to make any changes that may be necessary.
Judges decision is FINAL!
High Point Award: High point award is based on the horse and rider.
High point ages 14-21 yrs judged and timed classes
High point ages 11-13 yrs judged and timed classes
High point ages 8-10 yrs judged and timed classes
High point novice (walk/trot) judged and timed classes
1st place = 5 pts 2nd place = 4 pts
3rd place = 3 pts 4th place = 2 pts
5th place = 1 pt

Class 1: Large Breed Single Cock
Class 2: Large Breed Single Cockerel
Class 3: Large Breed Single Hen
Class 4: Large Breed Single Pullet
Class 5: Bantam Single Cock
Class 6: Bantam Single Cockerel
Class 7: Bantam Single Hen
Class 8: Bantam Single Pullet
Class 9: Water Fowl
Class 10: Meat Pen (3 birds, meat-type, same breed)
Class 11: Showmanship Age 8-12
Class 12: Showmanship Age 13-Up
Limit 2 Entries per class/exhibitor. Best of Show will be Classes 1-9
High Point Champion—Six awards will be given out to exhibitors based on a points systems that will include all poultry classes. Each class entry earns 5 points. 10 points for showmanship and best of show classes. 1st place exhibitor will receive 35%, 2nd 25%, 3rd 20%, 4th 15% Fifth 5% 6-10 1 pt. Totals will be added at the conclusion of the show and awards given out.
Poultry and Rabbits will attempt to show at the same time. However, if there are multiple exhibitors showing both poultry and rabbits then poultry will show first.
