Marcia Kay Pemberton Wright, 82 of Dardenne Prairie, formerly of Centralia, passed Friday, May 12, 2023, at the Delmar Gardens of O’Fallon.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, May 20, 2023, at the Centralia United Methodist Church with burial to follow in the Centralia City Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until the time of the service on Saturday at the church.
MarKAY was born on April 3, 1941, the daughter of Emil and Pearl (Winter) Bebermeyer.
She is survived by her sons, Doug Pemberton and wife Diane of Dardenne Prairie, and Kurt Pemberton and wife Lisa of Columbia; grandchildren, Jessica Pemberton of California, John Patrick Pemberton of Japan, and Lindy Kay Pemberton of Washington.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
MarKAY was a longtime member of the Centralia United Methodist Church, where she was a member of the choir and the women’s group.
She was a member of the Red Hat Society, she volunteered at the Centralia Historical Society. Marcia enjoyed playing cards and being social.
