Opal Ruth Forman, 95, of Fulton, formerly of Mexico, passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2022, at Valley Park North in Fulton.
Funeral Services will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 18, at Arnold Funeral Home in Mexico. Burial will follow in East Lawn Memorial Park.
Visitation is Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
