Joan Finlay, 91, passed peacefully from this world on December 25, 2023.
Services for Joan Finlay will be held on Saturday, December 30. Visitation will begin 9:30 a.m. at Centralia’s First Christian Church Fellowship Hall with a funeral to follow in the sanctuary at 11 a.m.
