LOCAL MATCHING GRANT PROGRAM
Small businesses are vital to our local communities and economic growth. As we all face economic challenges during this time, it’s important that as we’ve continued to provide our community the local news for over 150 years, we remain committed to keep our readers informed and community strong. That is why we are creating a $10,000 matching grant fund to assist local businesses reach customers and strengthen their marketing and reopening efforts. We stand with you.
How the program works
The Centralia Fireside Guard will provide up to $10,000 of matching advertising dollars to locally-owned businesses. We will match your advertising spend up to $500 a month.
Program is effective June 1 – July 31, 2020.
Final deadline for submitting an application is July 17th.
Grant can be used only on ROP print ads and online display at firesideguard.com.
What you need to know
This grant is open to any locally owned business in the Centralia Fireside Guard circulation market area, in need of advertising support during the COVID19 crisis.
Centralia Fireside Guard is not giving away cash. Dollar-for-dollar matching grants are available up to $500 per month and will be awarded for use within the months of June and July 2020.
Grant funds can be used toward print and/or digital advertising.
Funds cannot be applied to previously run ads not applied for under this program, and cannot be credited toward outstanding advertising balances.
