Mary A. Rinehart, 87 of Centralia died Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at her home.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 12:30 PM Saturday, June 11, 2022, at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church in Mexico with burial to follow in the Centralia City Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 – 11:00 AM Saturday at Fenton-Kendrick Funeral Home in Centralia, with a Rosary to be recited at 11:00 AM.
Mary was born on December 23, 1934, in St. Louis, the daughter of Leonard and Viola (Pilgrim) Huddleston.
On January 21, 1956, in St. Louis, Mary married William M. Rinehart and he preceded her in death on March 18, 2012.
Mary was a longtime member of St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church, and a member of the Third Order of St. Francis.
Mary is survived by a son, Steve Rinehart, daughters, Connie Stickney (Larry), Linda Kaiser (Rodney), Laurie Kelly (Todd), Cheri Grenke (Tim), Karen Nelson (Brad), Brenda Harrison (Don), Fred Rinehart (Tonya); over 50 grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Dolores Huddleston, brother, Leonard Huddleston.
Along with her husband, Mary was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter in law, Ruthie Rinehart, and a brother, David Huddleston.
Mary enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, jelly donuts and Saturday morning coffee with her family.
Mary’s greatest loves were her church and her family.
