Raymond Edward Miller, III 72 of Columbia died Saturday, December 24, 2022, at his home.

Graveside services will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, December 29, 2022, at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville.

Friends and family are invited to Ed’s Life Celebration visitation on Thursday, December 29, 2022 from 10:00 am to 12:00 Pm at Fenton-Kendrick Funeral Home in Centralia.

Ed was born on February 25, 1950 in Kansas City, MO the son of Raymond E. Miller, Jr, and B. Jane (Kirby) Miller.

Ed served his country during the Vietnam War in the United States Air Force.

Ed received his bachelor’s degree from Columbia College.

On June 4, 1988 in Centralia Ed married Kathleen Sauer and she preceded him in death on June 22, 2019.

Ed is survived by his son Russ Miller of Columbia; grandchildren, Ethan Miller and Asher Miller; a daughter Monica Kelly Wood-Prince, grandson, Robert Wood-Prince.

Ed worked as a sales manager for Ditch Witch in South Dakota for 15 years, receiving the Golden Ace Award and was #5 is sales worldwide for the company.

He was a member of the VFW Post #6376 in Centralia, was a Fourth Degree Member of the Knights of Columbus. He loved to listen to the Krazy Kats Band, and was involved in starting the Centralia Anchor Fest.
