Robert Dewayne Brandow. Age 88, of Clark, Missouri, passed away on August 4, 2022, at the Arbors Memory Care facility.
Robert was born on May 31, 1934, in Randolph County to William and Florence Brandow. He graduated from Renick High School in 1953. He worked at A.B. Chance Company (Hubbell Power Systems) for more than 35 years.
Robert was a member of the Clark Christian Church and was a great family man who enjoyed his 6 children, 14 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. He married Earlene Hargis on December 24, 1952, in Cairo, Missouri.
He enjoyed farming, golfing, and attending the family sporting events, as well as watching the Cardinals. His family and friends will always remember him as a man who always put his family first.
He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Florence Brandow, a son, Dewayne Brandow, sisters Edith Daughtery, Mary Jennings, and Peggy Howard, brothers, Billy Brandow, Donald Brandow, Wray Brandow, Skeets Brandow and Johnny Brandow.
Robert is survived by his wife of 69 years, Earlene, of Clark, MO, daughters, Jolene (Tom) Farris, of Moberly, MO, Karen (Jim) Wages, West Point, IA, Brenda (Rodney) Garnett, of Laddonia, MO, sons, Carl (Diane) Brandow, of St. Louis, MO, Darrell (Steph) Brandow, Venice, FL, and daughter-in-law, Rhonda Brandow, of Centralia, MO, grandchildren, Michelle (Glendale) Hamilton, Centralia, MO, Andy (Melissa) Garnett, Columbia, MO, Melissa (Scott) Woods, Leawood, KS, Stephanie (Shannon) Orscheln, Moberly, MO, Jared (Jenny) Auck, Centralia, Mo, Kayla (Josh) Wiegand, Fort Madison, IA, Charley (Dani) Farris, Hartsburg, MO, Mallory (Derrick) Pirozzi, Sarasota, FL, Emilee (Jeremy) Capell, Kansas City, MO, Molly (Beau) Walker, Nokomis, FL, Elizabeth Brandow, St. Louis, MO, Maxwell Brandow, Venice, FL, Sarah (Seth) Lancaster, St. Charles, MO, and Angela Brandow (Colin Healy) of St. Louis, MO, 24 great-grandchildren, a sister, Darline (Leroy) Stuck, Moberly, MO and brother Richard (Lois) Brandow, Booneville, MO.
A service celebrating Robert’s life has been scheduled for Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. at Pathway-Millard Family Funeral Chapel, a visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. (Noon) until the time of service, with interment at Memorial Park Cemetery, Moberly, MO to follow.
