Thomas Wayne Patton, 83 of Centralia passed away Friday, April 26, 2024, at his home.

Family and friends are invited to Tom’s Life Celebration 7:00 PM Thursday, May 2, 2024, at Fenton-Kendrick Funeral Home in Centralia.

A visitation will be held from 6:00 PM until the time of the service on Thursday at the funeral home.

Tom was born on July 26, 1940, in Centralia, the son of Thomas L. and Gladys Mae (Ward) Patton.

Tom served his country proudly in the United States Navy.

On December 30, 1960, he married Eileen Dailing and she survives of the home.

Along with his wife, Eileen, Tom is survived by a daughters, Daphne Ingebritson and husband Greg of Centralia, Ginger Fadler and husband Troy; grandchildren, Samantha Ingebritson of Tullahoma, TN, Mathew Ingebritson of Centralia, Patrick Roberts of Fulton, Maggie Roberts of Columbia; great-grandchildren, Beau Ingebritson, Evelyn Ingebritson, Alexia Roberts, Dominic Roberts, Jeremiah Vinyard, Justin Holley, Jr.; siblings, Mary Lewis of Centralia, Lannie Patton and wife Mary of Centralia; Niece, Devona Patton, nephews, Carl Ray Patton, Steven Paul Dailing.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents, father and mother-in-law, John and Iva Anna Dailing; brother-in-law, Charles A. Dailing.

Tom worked for many years at A.B. Chance and the City of Centralia until his retirement.

He enjoyed fishing, woodworking, being outdoors, traveling, and watching western movies especially John Wayne. He loved to tell stories of his time in the Navy, but his greatest love was his family, he truly cherished the time he spent with them and mostly the time he spent with his grandchildren.

Memorial donations are suggested to American Legion or the Centralia VFW post 6276 and may be sent in care of Fenton-Kendrick Funeral Home, 104 S. Collier St. Centralia, MO 65240.
